When decided to sell our family home we knew we needed Nicole to be our realtor. It was a sensitive and difficult decision to sell but Nicole treated us with so much kindness the process actually turned out absolutely wonderful. Nicole went over and beyond what a realtor is required to do. Since we live out of state this could have been a very difficult situation but she made it a breeze. She was reliable, knowledgeable and always made herself available for us. Our home sold quickly at a very fair price. We couldn’t have done it without Nicole, she is a true professional and I would highly recommend her to anybody buying or selling a home. 

Nicole Tweedy was such a pleasure to work with.  She not only helped me in  selling my home but also purchasing a brand new home. She made the whole process very easy. Very informative and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I work such random hours and she was very accommodating to my schedule. Very easy to get a hold of. It was really a joy having her as my realtor. I would highly recommend her!

It's a pretty stressful process to buy a house. Even when it goes smoothly it can still be stressful. Rue was a perfect fit for us through the entire process.

I wanted to look at the house without being interrupted, I wanted someone who understood what I was looking for in my price range and all my needs. I wanted a commitment to me from my agent to be for me every step of the process.

Rue checked off every box for us. She was all in on every step of the process. Her perseverance and drive to succeed were evident from day one, and she finished strong.

I was a first time home-buyer, and as expected, was apprehensive. I contacted Rue, and immediately she was warm, genuine , and most importantly, down to business. She was a professional through and through, and asked important, sometimes difficult, questions that would impact me, some I hadn't even thought about. Rue was always available to answer even the smallest and (to most) insignificant questions I had, always remaining gracious and positive. During my times of uncertainty, she did not pressure me, or make me feel uncomfortable. She was, and I mean this literally, there for me during every step of the process, even after her obligations were fulfilled. I wanted to write this review, because not often do you take the time to write a positive review, it's much more "satisfying" to write a negative one. Buying a home is one of the most exciting, intimidating, and downright scary decisions you will ever make. Rue was kind, genuine, crystal clear, and hard working. I did not know Rue, or anyone associated with her, prior to contacting the company, but I am deeply grateful to have been her client. I hope to remain friends with her, and I couldn't be more genuine in my recommendation. I'm currently writing this review from my home, I couldn't be any more content with this decision. Choose Rue.... during a time of indecision and chaos, the importance of having someone you can count on can't be overstated! We were fortunate to have used Rue Olp on both the selling and buying end of our most recent move. Rue consistently went above and beyond her job description in order to make both transactions less stressful for us. On the selling end, she was incredibly knowledgeable of the market, and due to her hard work, marketing skills, and excellent follow through, our home sold in a little over 2 weeks. Rue was such a breeze to work with. She is very responsive to any communication and went out of her way to get to know my family. She gave us honest feedback through the process and assisted us in getting a licensed contractor's bid on potential work needed on a home to help us support our offer. She helped me facetime in on walkthroughs when I was out of town and was on her game in this competitive market so we didn't miss any opportunities for showings. Her personality is really easy going, I can't imagine her not getting along with everyone. We loved working with her.
